Paul and Jody joined Sea Chateau after chartering and
gaining a vast amount of experience over the past 4
years. Their love for the islands is evident when you
first meet them and step aboard. Paul has been living in
the Caribbean for the last 12 years, but hails from
North Carolina. In addition to being a previous dive
instructor and aquarist at Coral World in St. Thomas,
Paul holds his US Coast Guard Masters License. He also
has CPR/First Aid and PADI Certifications. His love of
sailing, tales of local lore, and genuine Southern
hospitality will make your vacation safe, fun and
entertaining. Paul loves to share his knowledge of
sailing, the lifestyle, and the unbelievable marine life
below the surface.
Jody, a native Californian, has
combined the two things she loves most; cooking and playing in the water. From
fresh breads and pastries to delectable desserts, she will present you with an
array of goodies to tempt your taste buds. Her culinary technique has developed
from years of experience working on charter boats and utilizing small galleys,
cozy spaces, and modest conditions, but originally derived from her love of
baking. Now that she has joined Sea Chateau, the luxury of the large
well-equipped galley has allowed her to show off her years of training. Whether
it's a casual lunch served in the cockpit overlooking Sandy Cay or formal dinner
served while anchored at Norman Island, she will provide a comfortable
environment and superb cuisine, especially prepared with your preferences in
mind.
Paul and Jody welcome their guests, they embrace the sea,
offer the perfect yacht, the perfect accommodations, and
are the perfect crew team to assure you the vacation of
your dreams.
